All orders are satellite tracked, to enable ETA updates and to provide a responsive service offering in meeting urgent requirements.

Our delivery App enables sign-on-glass pod confirmations for all deliveries, reducing paperwork through digital proof of delivery.
Stock Scanning
Scanning technology is available to automate parts count routines and expedite replenishment of stocks. Further developments are in the pipeline to offer customer scanning for consumed parts associated to asset workshop orders.
In-House Ordering Systems (eTrac/iTrac)
Efficiency of order management and parts supply is high on EMS’ agenda! In-house eTrac (replenishment) and iTrac (VOR, ‘bought-out’/specialist parts) systems are available to provide customer order access to EMS national stocks/supplier base according to agreed pricing. This streamlines the pick, despatch and supply process.
